Tastes like a cheat day. Isn't.

Made in a kitchen, not a lab.

Chocolate that tastes like a treat and reads like a grocery list. Real chocolate only — 50% and 70% cocoa, date sweetened. Nuts, coconut, dairy, and honey as needed, bar by bar. No refined sugar, no white sugar, no brown sugar, no unrefined cane sugar. No preservatives, no emulsifiers. That's the whole list.

The concept

We took one thing out

If you can't pronounce it, we don't use it

We only use ingredients you would normally eat, or find in your own kitchen — nuts, coconut, dates, honey, cheese, cocoa. Nothing that exists only in a factory.

No preservatives. No vegetable fats. No palm oil, no emulsifiers, no stabilisers, no flavouring. The only fat in the chocolate is cocoa butter, the way chocolate is supposed to be made.

Sugar has many names

Cane sugar, brown sugar, demerara, jaggery, invert syrup, liquid glucose — a label can carry four of them and still read as wholesome. We use none of them.

Sweetness comes from dates and honey, which bring their own fibre and flavour rather than just sugar. The chocolate itself is 50% and 70% cocoa — the darker it is, the less of it is sugar, and the more of it is cocoa.

Fresh, which means short

Nothing in these bars preserves them, so they keep 10 days in the fridge — 5 days for say cheese., which has real cream cheese in it.

We make fresh and deliver cold. Every box is meant to be stored in your fridge from the moment it arrives. That's the trade for leaving the preservatives out.

Mithai's cooler cousin

This is candy, not a supplement. We're not going to tell you it's a superfood or that it'll fix anything. It's a treat you can read the back of — that's the whole pitch.
