Privacy notice

What we keep.

Short version: we keep very little, we don't sell any of it, and you can ask us to delete it on WhatsApp.

Who we are

This site belongs to Respring Foods, the company behind the cacao edition. We are a small startup, operating out of a home kitchen.

Your order. The cart stays in your browser. When you tap "Order on WhatsApp", the message — with your name, address and order — goes to us through WhatsApp. We use it only to make, deliver and support your order.
Your email, if you sign up. Only when you tick the consent box. We store the email, the wording you agreed to and when you agreed, and use it only to tell you about new bars and batch releases. Our email-sending provider holds a copy so it can send those emails.
Your feedback, if you send it. What you write and the phone number you ordered from. We use the number only to give each number one 10% code and to check it when you quote the code on WhatsApp.
How the site is used. Your browser makes up a random ID and we record which pages were viewed and which order buttons were tapped, with the country and device type. It doesn't include your name, number, email or IP address, and we can't tell who you are from it. We delete it after 12 months. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

We don't set advertising cookies, we don't use ad trackers, and we never sell or rent your details. We don't take card or bank details on this site.

Stop the emails with the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us on WhatsApp.
See, correct or delete what we hold about you — message us and we'll do it.
Withdraw consent any time. It doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
