Paying
Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, pay by UPI. Put your order number in the payment note — it's the only thing that links your money to your box.

What we accept
Any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM. Scan the code, enter the amount, and put your order number in the note.
We never ask for card or bank details on WhatsApp. Nothing on this site collects them. If someone asks you for an OTP or card number in our name, it isn't us.
Delivery
No preservatives, so no shelf life. Boxes leave our kitchen cold and have to reach your fridge cold.

We manufacture fresh daily. Shelf life runs from the date of manufacture printed on your pack, not from the day it arrives. Don't freeze — freezing splits the chocolate and ruins the texture of the cheese bar.

We confirm your delivery date and slot — same day or next day — when you place the order.
Somebody has to take it in. We can't leave a cold box at a gate or with a guard for a few hours — it needs to be in a fridge within 30 minutes of delivery. If nobody can receive it between 12 pm and 6 pm, reschedule on WhatsApp before dispatch; once it's on the run we can't bring it back.
Returns
We don't accept returns. These are refrigerated, short-dated bars made to order — once a box leaves our kitchen it can't come back, can't be checked, and can't be sold to anyone else.
If your box arrives warm, damaged, incomplete or just not right, message us the same day with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with you directly — we'd rather hear about it than have you quietly not order again.

Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law for goods that are defective, unsafe or not what was ordered.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp and we refund in full. Because boxes are made fresh to order and dated, we can't cancel inside that window or once a box has gone out.
Prices include GST where applicable. Delhi NCR delivery only at present.
